This includes any identifiable company logos; your primary logo, any secondary logos, custom marks and/or brand icons.
This includes custom color palettes, typography styling, font pairings and hierarchy, color usage guidelines, and any other details that define the tone and mood of your brand.
This can be custom brand patterns or textures, custom illustrations or additional brand imagery such as stock photography consulting/curation to aid in brand recognition.
Any items to assist in your brand’s marketing through the use of printed items; business cards, brand stationery, packaging, signage, or other physical merchandise.
Any items to assist in your brand’s marketing via digital platforms such as social media, online directories, email marketing, and other online advertising; online web ads, social media graphics, profile and cover photos, email marketing design etc.
A custom brand style guide gives you all your new brand standards (typography, color, usage guidelines and styling notes) to help keep your brand usage consistent and on-brand.
After a discovery call, a thorough brief and moodboard from you, we’ll jump into brand analysis and then begin our logo design process. The outcome of which will be several initial ideas, idea development and then our proposed logo design/s. We’ll work with your feedback to create a logo you love.
Once signed off, you will receive a logo usage guide 1-page document which will give you basic information on exclusion zones, colour and typography.
This package includes everything from the logo package, but incorporated into the idea development and final logo presentation will be a significant section dedicated to how this logo will interact with the rest of your brand through example visuals, mockups, colour palettes, typography, etc.
Upon sign off of the logo and visual identity, you will receive a thorough brand guidelines document which will detail a myriad of invaluable information to maintain a cohesive look and feel to your brand.
For the custom design package, the options are unlimited. Whatever you need can be covered in this package and we’d love to chat to you more about it! This package can stand alone from logo and visual identity, however most clients see this as an add-on to their identity project.
Every Brand Design project takes approximately 3 – 4 weeks to complete; this is very dependent upon client response time and project scope.

Brand design projects generally take between 3 – 6 weeks to complete (completely dependent upon client response time and project scope.)
All of our brand packages include a set number of logo designs and design revisions. You can expand upon our starting package in order to create the perfect brand package for your business.
We will have an initial design meeting before we begin any design work, followed by unlimited email, phone, and video call support during the duration of your design project’s timeline. Your package may also incoude a strategy meeting, which is usually conducted on Zoom.
All final logo designs come in all popular file formats, including JPG, PDF, PNG, AI, EPS, and SVG files. Depending on your specific package additional files may be included for your brand collateral items.
All final logo designs will come with the vector files, so they are editable. Business cards, and social media graphics will be finalized set pieces (not editable). If you add on any brand collateral items , you can also purchase the original design files for an additional charge of $75/file.
You are responsible for ordering any printing of any brand collateral items including business cards, stationery, stickers, etc. But we are happy to assist you in placing these orders at the end of your project if you would like our assistance.
Be sure to tell us who you plan to order from, as different printers have different specifications.
You will receive your digital design files and images in all popular file formats in a shared Dropbox folder for easy download at the completion of your project.
Every brand package includes one Brand Questionnaire and a Moodboard that must be completed by you.
The better quality information we have, the faster we will understand you and your aspirations, and the better the final outcome will be. We ask people to really dig in to what they need and want from their brand when completing these items.
Be sure to have your professional email address, professional phone number (if relevant) and any other contact information or marketing media such as brand photography or headshots prepared before our design start date.
Brand projects are paid in two installments – 50% up front, and then the final 50% before the completion of your project.
